Hidroizolatii terasa circulabila

Pentru ca terasa sa respire si sa fie aerisita, se are in vedere montarea inainte de toate a stratului de difuzie si imprastiere a vaporilor ce se formeaza prin transpiratia betonului, atunci cand sunt diferentele de temperatura la suprafata terasei fata de cea de la interior, si montarea stratului - bariera de vapori - ce impiedica ridicarea umezelii spre straturile superioare de termoizolatie. Astfel ca vaporii de apa vor fi directionati spre exterior prin aticuri.
Termoizolatia consta din placi de polistiren, placi de poliuretan, vata minerala, etc, ce va fi inchisa cu strat superior de hidroizolatie, fiind inchisa intr-un spatiu ermetic si uscat - pentru ca cel mai bun izolator termic este aerul.

Hidroizolatia propriu-zisa consta din membrane bituminoase, armate cu impaslitura de fibra de sticla pentru stabilitate dimensionala si tesatura poliesterica pentru rezistenta la rupere.

Pentru ca terasa sa fie circulabila, hidroizolatia se va proteja cu un pat de mortar si finisaj cu gresie, ori dale de ciment sau de lemn asezate pe ploturi reglabile. Odata realizat hidro-termosistemul terasei, aceasta va fi in siguranta in fata intemperiilor pentru foarte mult timp.

A green roof is a roof of a building that is partially or completely covered with vegetation and soil, or a growing medium, planted over a waterproofing membrane. This does not refer to roofs which are merely colored green, as with green roof shingles. It may also include additional layers such as a root barrier and drainage and irrigation systems.

Container gardens on roofs, where plants are maintained in pots, are not generally considered to be true green roofs, although this is an area of debate. Rooftop ponds are another form of green roofs which are used to treat greywater.

Also known as “living roofs,” green roofs serve several purposes for a building, such as absorbing rainwater, providing insulation, creating a habitat for wildlife, and helping to lower urban air temperatures and combat the heat island effect. There are two types of green roofs: intensive roofs, which are thicker and can support a wider variety of plants but are heavier and require more maintenance, and extensive roofs, which are covered in a light layer of vegetation and are lighter than an intensive green roof.30

The term green roof may also be used to indicate roofs that use some form of “green” technology, such as a cool roof, a roof with solar thermal collectors or photovoltaic modules. Green roofs are also referred to as eco-roofs, oikosteges, vegetated roofs, living roofs, and greenroofs.
