Astfel, contributia lunara se stabileste sub forma unei cote de 6,5%, care se aplica asupra:

1. veniturilor din salarii sau asimilate salariilor care se supun impozitului pe venit;

2. veniturilor impozabile realizate de persoane care desfasoara activitati independente care se supun impozitului pe venit; daca acest venit este singurul asupra caruia se calculeaza contributia, aceasta nu poate fi mai mica decat cea calculata la un salariu de baza minim brut pe tara, lunar;

3. veniturilor din agricultura supuse impozitului pe venit si veniturilor din silvicultura, pentru persoanele fizice care nu au calitatea de angajator si nu se incadreaza la lit. b);

4. indemnizatiilor de somaj;

5. veniturilor din cedarea folosintei bunurilor, veniturilor din dividende si dobanzi, veniturilor din drepturi de proprietate intelectuala realizate in mod individual si/sau intr-o forma de asociere si altor venituri care se supun impozitului pe venit numai in cazul in care nu realizeaza venituri de natura celor prevazute la pct. 1.- 4., dar nu mai putin de un salariu de baza minim brut pe tara, lunar;

6. veniturilor realizate din pensii.

Legea nr. 95/2006 prevede foarte clar ca in cazul persoanelor care realizeaza in acelasi timp venituri de natura celor prevazute la aliniatul precedent la pct.1.- 4. si 6., contributia se calculeaza asupra tuturor acestor venituri.
In concluzie, chiar daca se retine si se vireaza de catre societatea angajatoare contributia aferenta venitului realizat in calitate de salariat, persoana fizica autorizata datoreaza contributie de asigurari sociale de sanatate si pentru veniturile impozabile realizate ca persoana ce desfasoara activitati independente.

De ce este obligatoriu sa platim de 2 ori CASS (si ca salariat si ca PFA), atata vreme cand atunci cand ma imbolnavesc nu beneficiez de NIMIC????????
In plus, daca vrei sa fii tratat decent, apelezi la clinicile private pe care LE PLATESTI DIN BANII PROPRII, nu cu cei de la asigurari….. In calitate de asigurat ai numai obligatii, insa drepturi (ce sunt alea drepturi???) NU…
Platesc un abonament de sanatate la o clinica privata si platesc si CASS ca salariat… Chiar nu este suficient??? In curand o sa ajungem sa muncim doar ca hobby…

What is Magic Set Editor

Magic Set Editor, MSE for short, is a program in which you can enter your own Magic cards. MSE can then make pictures of those cards that you can print, or put on the internet. Magic Set Editor also has a statistics window, that will give useful information about your own card set like the average mana cost, the number of rares, etc. When you have finished your set, you can export it to a HTML file to use on the Internet, or to Apprentice, so you can play with your own cards online.

The highest quality Magic card pictures

On June 2005 community from former MWSData.com has started “HQ Scans Project”. We scan and process Magic cards with the best possible quality. Here’s an example. Pictures are quite big, but it’s the best MTG pictures you can find in the internet.

My server includes more than 20000 Magic pictures. Not all of them are HQ. But we are working and we plan to scan all MTG cards ever printed. Of course it’s not an easy task, so we need your help. If you want to join us - visit the forum.

Please, use following steps to download these awesome pictures:

1. Download the latest version of MWS Picture Assistant, unpack archive and run MWSPA.exe.
2. Select a directory for storing pictures. You should probably leave the “Local folder” set to default. Otherwise, use the “Select” button.
3. If you need to set up a proxy server, press “Proxy” button and enter your information.
4. Now check if you wish to download full or cropped images, or both.
5. If you don’t want to download images from all sets press “Sets” button and select whatever you are interested in.
6. Click the download button. MWS Picture Assistant will now compare the files on the server with yours and update older or missing files.

To verify a proper installation, ensure you have the proper card counts as listed above. Then check that your pictures and themes work. UN-INSTALLATION HINTS:

1. Start by using the uninstaller for MWS. If MWS starts acting strangely, the easiest and quickest solution is a quick uninstall followed by a clean install. 3 minutes of reinstallaton can replace a lot of head scratching.
2. If you have just done a brand new clean installation of MWS, then and only then will the MWS uninstaller completely remove the C:\Program Files\Magic Workstation directory.
3. If you install anything else (and you WILL, like a Game Pack, or a theme, or pictures), then the MWS directory won’t be removed.
4. So, after uninstalling, rename the remaining C:\Program Files\Magic Workstation to something like C:\Program Files\Old Magic Workstation. This renamed directory will now contain all your old pics and decks, etc., which can be moved to your new install.
5. Optional: You can also run “regedit” and delete the “HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Magic Workstation” key if it’s there. Older versions of MWS would leave this key after uninstallation, but the latest versions don’t.

At Last, 10 Steps to a Full Installation

Follow these steps to get up and running quickly, with no compromises.

(For those who want to proceed more thoroughly, these steps are repeated below (without the links) as the “Comprehensive Installation Guide”, with pictures and step-by-step detail!)

To fully install Magic Workstation, you will need to Install, Update, or Run the following.

MANDATORY ITEMS

1. First, run MWS094f.exe (11 Aug 2005, 9.5 MB) The Magic Workstation, All-Purpose Generic Card Game Simulator.
* Primary Download Site (http://www.mwsplay.net/download/mws094f.exe)
* Alternate Download Site (http://www.magicworkstation.com/download/mws094f.exe).
1a. (Optional) Put in your registration code.
1b. (Optional) If English isn’t your best language, install one of 13 others by using Localization Resources (http://www.magicworkstation.com/translations.php).
2. Next, run the latest MTG Card Database (MTG _Gamepack.exe 0.94f). This program lets MWS start thinking magically. Get it here Game Database (Choose Your Language) (http://www.mwsgames.com/index.php/Main_Page)

Vista Users: (Malhavoc said) Do you have Vista? Then you could experience some problems installing game packs. To solve them, just do this:
- Install game pack
- Go to MWS folder and rename (overwriting/deleting old files) “_Master.mwBase” to “Master.mwBase” and “Data\_Sets.dat” to “Data\Sets.dat”
The reason for this is that Vista has some problems with user rights on files. When you install a game pack files are created under administrator rights, but when you run MWS, the program can’t rename them automatically under its limited user account.
P.S. A simpler way could be just to disable User Account Control.

3. Then, Run Auto Update for sets, rulings and other updates.
4. Then, from within MWS run Update Rulings and Prices, so you can play and trade fairly. Next, be sure to get Planeswlk’s Fixed MagicTraders Price List (http://www.angelfire.com/va/planeswlk/). Instructions for viewing and updating prices are at the end of this guide in the “Bonus Section”.
5. Next, Install some Themes (http://www.mwsgames.com/index.php/Main_Page) to really get MWS functioning. You can see and download more either Here (http://www.mwsdata.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=2208#2208) or Here (http://www.magi-soft.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4437).
6. Hey, if you want to get going quickly, you’ll need a pre-made deck from Ferris’ Decks (http://www.blackeyes.ch/mtg/mtg_decks.asp) or Raix’s Decks (http://www.slightlymagic.net/decks.shtml).
Now is a good time to click on “View/Deck Edit Mode”.

That’s all you need, but this is a FULL installation guide, so on to…

OPTIONAL STUFF

7. You can get the popular GoblinHero’s Flavor Base (http://www.slightlymagic.net/base.shtml). The Flavor Base adds flavor text to cards.
Instructions: You will download a compressed file in the .rar format. If you do not have a decompression utility to handle this format, try the free 7zip (http://www.7-zip.org/). Once extracted, copy your new GoblinHero Master.mwBase file into the MWS root directory, and from the “Data” folder, the Sets.dat file into your MWS\Data folder, after renaming the original files, i.e., Master.mwBase.old and Sets.dat.old.
8. For Registered users, MWS Play can be customized using backgrounds and avatars (http://rapidshare.de/files/4560100/MWS_Backgrounds_and_Avatars.zip.html).
9. Get Magic fonts and Mana symbols with the link above. Install the Fonts into your Windows/Fonts directory if you want to print Proxy cards. You will need the Mana symbols only if you compile your own theme.
10. Finally, get the latest Pics using bittorrent at The MWSHQ Pics Torrent Thread (http://www.mwsdata.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=783)
